We really liked this home—it just needed fresh paint, a few minor repairs and one bathroom overhaul.

We knew going in that the bathroom floor was in bad shape. A leak had been left unaddressed, and the damage had rotted the floor all the way to the baseboard. Because we identified this before closing, we were able to negotiate a lower purchase price. After buying, we repaired the leak, removed all the damaged materials, and rebuilt the area from the ground up.
