Every home in our small portfolio has been personally renovated to meet a standard we’d be proud to live or vacation in ourselves. We focus on quality updates, and thoughtful design—transforming dated or neglected spaces into warm, welcoming homes.

Destin Condo - Short Term Rental

This condominium holds a special place in our hearts—it was our very first renovation project as a family. It’s been a fun getaway spot for family and friends and a rewarding short-term rental in the early days. While rising insurance and tax costs have made it more expensive, we’re still attached to this condo and are carefully considering strategies for this property in the future.

Peoria, AZ, Mid-Term Rental

This home was originally intended to be our second short-term rental, but after weighing the challenges of long-distance management and Arizona’s slower summer season, we shifted to a mid-term rental strategy—and it’s turned out to be a great fit. It now consistently attracts professionals staying 6 months or longer.

We’ve owned this long-term rental for over 12 years. A few years ago, we ran into a tough situation when a property manager allowed a tenant to seriously damage the home. (We were contacted by the neighbor) Rather than walk away, we saw it as an opportunity to step in, make some thoughtful upgrades, and restore the property to a standard we’re proud of. It’s now back on track and continues to be a solid part of our rental portfolio.

Rockford, IL - Long Term Rental

This long-term rental is located in a fantastic neighborhood in Rockford, Illinois. We purchased it from the original owners and the home was well-maintained. However, it hadn’t been updated since it was built in the 1960s. Let’s just say their tastes were… extravagant! (Seen in the photos) The home had great bones—it just needed a refresh. It’s now a comfortable, reliable rental in a great community.

We purchased this long-term rental from another investor. It’s located in a lovely neighborhood with great potential—the home itself just needed a bit of attention. With some focused updates and care, we were able to bring out its charm and make it a solid, welcoming home for long-term tenants.
