Renovating our Beach Condo
Destin, Florida
In 2020, we sold one of our long-term rentals in Arizona to pursue a beachside getaway in Destin, Florida. We found a 977-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath condo just steps from the Gulf’s emerald waters. As a family, we renovated it top to bottom—updating every room with modern finishes and comfort in mind.

Today, the condo is a bright, coastal-inspired retreat. Located in Sterling Shores, it overlooks a lagoon-style pool and offers partial Gulf views from the private balcony. Whether you’re here for a weekend or a while, we hope you feel right at home.

It had a solid base so I wanted to repurpose it. Using a little leftover blue paint, a light whitewash, and a fresh new lampshade gave it a whole new life. Love how it turned out!
